Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy

At Digital Master Academy (DMA), we maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding fraudulent or false chargebacks.

By purchasing any product, course, mentorship, coaching program, digital download, membership, or service created by Asianae Hamilton, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Once access to Digital Master Academy or any digital product has been granted, all sales are final in accordance with our No Refund Policy.

• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to the purchased product or service constitutes a violation of these Terms.

• If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after access has been granted, your access to Digital Master Academy will be revoked immediately while the dispute is under review.

• You will be permanently removed from all Digital Master Academy platforms, including but not limited to course portals, private communities, live trainings, coaching sessions, mentorships, bonus content, and any future updates.

• You will be permanently banned from purchasing or participating in any current or future programs, products, services, events, memberships, or mentorships created by Asianae Hamilton.

• Filing a chargeback does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If the dispute is determined to be false, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the agreed Terms and Conditions, your refund request will be denied.

• Digital Master Academy maintains records of purchase confirmations, login activity, course access, onboarding emails, communication history, IP logs (where available), and other evidence demonstrating delivery and access. This documentation may be submitted to the payment processor or financial institution to dispute fraudulent chargeback claims.

• We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies and recovery of any fees, losses, or damages resulting from fraudulent payment disputes where permitted by applicable law.
