Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and online services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will receive immediate access to proprietary digital content, training materials, and/or coaching services, which cannot be returned or revoked.


Conditional Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the value of our program and are committed to ensuring every client has a fair opportunity to succeed.

A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The Digital Master Academy Coaching Program has been completed in full
  • Proof of 100% completion is provided through the Skool platform
  • A request is submitted demonstrating that the program did not meet expectations despite full participation

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.


Duplicate Purchases

If you have accidentally purchased the same product more than once, you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate transaction.

Access to the program will remain active and in good standing.


Limitation of Liability

Digital Master Academy is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Internet or telecommunications outages
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Any other unforeseen events outside of our control
